In the Highlands, Lynn and Sandra get a surprise when they harvest their first batch of honey. In Northern Ireland, the Rodgers family gathers to give bull Mario a good send off. Raymond and Johnny shear the flock only to discover their sheep are under threat from flystrike. Meanwhile in Fife, Stevie suspects there is a Houdini in the herd when 50 of his new dairy buffalo go walkabout.
