Résumé
Mr Bean regarde Clint Chiseljaw - sa série télévisée d'action préféré - avec Billy, mais Mrs Wicket ordonne à son neveu de descendre pour terminer ses tâches ménagères. Inspiré par la phrase de Clint, "On n'abandonne jamais personne", Mr Bean tente différents stratagèmes audacieux pour faire sortir Billy de l'appartement de Mrs Wicket. Mais aucun ne fonctionne, jusqu'à ce qu'il trouve le plan parfait. Du moins, c'est ce qu'il croit !
