An investigation of the Costa Concordia tragedy, when the cruise ship tragically sank in shallow waters after hitting a rock off Isola del Giglio. The event remained covered in mystery and Andi van Zyl travels to the island of Giglio to try to discover what actually happened on the night of this terrible accident.
