Looe once boasted the second largest fishing fleet in Cornwall and some of the freshest and highest quality fish in the country. There's now just half a dozen full time trawlers, and in 2019 its fish market closed. The nearby port of Plymouth has snatched up the good fishermen who used to work in the village. But one local family are fighting to keep Looe's fishing industry and reputation alive.
