Résumé
Lorsque les pompiers bénévoles de Brokenwood arrivent à la ferme Randall, la grange a brûlé depuis longtemps. Mais en fouillant les décombres, ils trouvent un corps calciné, ainsi que les restes d'un mannequin. Mike et Kristin sont chargés d'identifier le corps ; il semble qu'il s'agisse du troisième d'une série de décès "accidentels", tous pris en charge par les pompiers de Brokenwood. Hasard ou crime en série ?
